Dichroic pendants

I discovered recently on Kelsey's blog these gorgeous pendants made by Deborah, a glass artist from Western Australia which she sells through etsy. The two pendants I bought arrived the other day and I absolutely love them, in fact I ordered some more custom made ones from Deborah.

This one is for my sister

This one I got for myself

AOTM from Debbi

I was the very lucky recipient of this gorgeous Quilted Hanger from Debbi Baker as part of the Art of the Month exchange on our little group "Art Sisters". It is A4 size and absolutely stunning, thank you Debbi.

Jewellery piece

I enjoy making jewellery and below is a piece I recently made for my friend Jacky, I used a hinge bought from Christina at the recent Creative Soul Retreat.

I am intending to expand my skills in jewellery making and I have already signed up for 2 workshops with Maggie Bergman on the Gold Coast, they look great and I can't wait!

Spring in Poland

I received some more gorgeous photos from my primary school teacher. It looks like spring has arrived in Olsztyn, my home town.

Easter Polish style

I have been a bit slack with the posting and I'm trying to catch up.
We celebrated Easter in Polish style with my Polish friend Ala, her family and her neighbours. It was a truely international affair with Polish, Australian and Danish people!

This is a traditional "Baba" (cake) and some coloured eggs

Lovely table with delicious food

Enjoying the company
With Ala's son who is our God son, he is a cute and very smart little boy.
