Tag number 8

I am away in Poland so creating this tag was difficult, away from my supplies.  I raided my sister's supplies and created the below tag.  

The rules for August were:

• you must include a jar
• the colours must be bright and summer- like
• you have to include fruit or vegetables.

Jestem teraz na wakacjach w Polsce wiec stworzenie tego taga było trudne, bez dostępu do moich materiałów. Wyszperałam rożne elementy w archiwum mojej siostry z czego powstał poniższy tag.

Takie były reguły na sierpien:

• musi mieć element słoika, (może to być stempel, tekturka, grafika itp.) albo tag może mieć kształt słoka
• musi być w soczystych, letnich kolorach,
• musi zawierać owoce lub warzywa (stempelki, grafika, tekturka, własny rysunek, ćwiek itp.)

Tag number 7

This time I found the task very challenging, we were supposed to use geometrical shapes (repeated at least three times) and a zip, a very unusual combination. This is what I finally came up with, using squares and placing the zip at the bottom:

Tym razem zadanie było dla mnie bardzo trudne, miałyśmy użyć figur geometrycznych (powtórzonych przynajmniej trzy razy) i zamek, bardzo nietypowa kombinacja. Oto co stworzyłam, używając kwadratów i umieszczając zamek na dole:

Tag number 6

It is again time to post the monthly tag, this time the theme was music.  Below is my creation.  The verse says: "may your heart be filled with life's music".

I znowu nadszedl czas na comiesieczny tag, tym razem tematem byla muzyka.  To jest moj tag.  Uzylam nastepujacej sentencji: "niech twoje serce bedzie wypelnione muzyka zycia".

Tip in Swap with Art Queens

I signed up for a Tip in Swap with Art Queens, an online mixed media group.  We are to create a journal page once a month 30 by 20 cm folded in half so that it can be glued into an altered book or made into a book/journal.  I had to create 3 pages as I will be overseas until the end of August.

New cards

I created these cards recently using strips of decorative paper sewn onto A4 sheets and then cut to background size.  I also used collage sheets which I bought a while ago.
