Birthday art

The following two pieces were done for my friend Celeste and they will be part of a collaborative canvas made for her by all Paper Princesses. We now progressed from making surprise birthday art pieces to birthday girls being able to pick what they wanted created by others. Our instructions from Celeste was to use old found objects, as you can see I found quite a few of those.

This canvas was done for my other friend Gaye, the instructions were: nature theme and blueish colours.

My primary school teacher, Mrs Danuta Raczynska, who I met in Olsztyn during my recent trip back home, has sent me these beautiful photos which I thought were too great not to share with others. Mrs Raczynska was my Arts teacher and really the best teacher I ever had. It was so nice to see her again after so many years, and to find out that she still remember every one of her pupils and cares about what has happened to them.
