Canvas create

I signed up for the whole year of Donna Downey's tutorials Canvas Create and recently I made my first piece from February.  The colours worked out a bit different and there some different elements within my piece but overall I am happy with the final creation.  It was fun to make too, Donna's instructions are easy to follow and full of ideas.

Baby card

A quick card for a friend's baby Danial who I am to finally meet today for the first time (he hardly is a new baby by now LOL).




And this is a small gift for Danial's big brother Haris. A quick wrapping with some washi tape.

Sympathy card

I made this card at a request of my Mum in law for her friend who lost a husband in some tragic circumstances. I wanted the card to be special.

Bali

Ross, Beata and I went to Bali for a week and it was a truly magical time.  Bali was so much nicer than what I imagined.  We stayed in Nusa Dua, away from the hassle and bustle from Kuta and other super busy places.  It was also very safe and cheap, and people were super friendly.  I highly recommend Bali as a holiday destination, I certainly will go back.  I uploaded quite a few photos below but it was so hard to choose what to show.

60th birthday card

I haven't been making much art while Beata was here but I managed to make this card for my Polish friend Ewa.
